STICE is an industrial rock band based in Antwerp, Belgium. Gritty drums, raw synths, distorted guitars and emotional vocals are the core of the band's dark sound.
STICE started out with a laptop and a guitar as the lead singer's solo project. He played a handful of shows with his silverfoil backdrop, guitar and laptop. You might know him from opening up for Disorientations or Hantrax, or from his participation in the Flemish music competition, Sound Track. After releasing two EPs and a bunch of singles with worldwide airplay on niche radio stations and official playlists, STICE decided it was time for a different direction...
Enter: Cas Kinnaer on drums and Maxime Quardon on synths. With the band in mind STICE worked towards an enhanced sound, with the same dark feeling. The sound took a more electronic and digital turn, without losing the organic feel of the band. A fresh start was imperative: STICE debuts (again) with 'Drenched' on October 17th 2025.
The artist and his band are working on their debut record. Leading up to that milestone STICE have released their second, synth driven rock anthem 'No Part' and are playing a handful of special shows with the post-punk fourpiece Disorientations.
The singles are produced by Mattias Stynen (ILA, Dammit, West Coast Caravan,...), mixed by Brian Virtue (Deftones, Thirty Seconds To Mars,...) and mastered by Alan Douches (The Dillinger Escape Plan, Deftones,...).
For fans of: Nine Inch Nails, Greg Puciato, Deftones, Alice In Chains, TR/ST, Placebo, The Prodigy, Pucifer, Massive Attack,...
